At Fish Hut Aqua, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aquatic-inspired apparel. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
